Step 1 - Cross your right leg over left knee, please ensure that your right ankle is placed onto your left knee.

Stretch 2: Shoulder Stretch

Step 1 - Firstly reach your arm across your chest toward the rear of your shoulder.

Step 3 - Hold and repeat with your opposite side.
